NRA to attend White House meetings on guns
Tue Jan 8, 2013
This is the 2nd Amendment verbatim: "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." - written in the late 1700s "Militia" today means "a body of citizens organized in a paramilitary group and typically …
In the math of education, two years sometimes is worth more than four years
Sun Dec 30, 2012
Somewhere along the way everyone began to think that college = only training for a job. There's definitely a place for that kind of education, but to go into a four-year degree thinking that that's the intended purpose of the degree is a mistake.
Defiant NRA leader rejects gun controls, asks to put police in schools
Fri Dec 21, 2012
You know. I think it's interesting...it is interesting how zero compromise is the stance. I believe that it is hard to determine if the founding fathers would have been for or against assault weapons. So, I think we have to use the modern population's judgement on the issue.

Fewer people see college as good financial investment
Tue Jul 17, 2012
More importantly, high school students should think about whether vo-tech or college makes sense for them individually.
US to pull troops from Iraq by next year? Pentagon denies report
Sat Oct 15, 2011
I think it is great that we are getting out, but I do hope we continue to help or the U.N. continues to help re-build schools and other basic infrastructure that get them to the point where they can sustain as a society via innovation [not just simply having a strong defense in their military].
Obama says Congress must pass jobs program
Mon Sep 5, 2011
The American people will ultimately turn around America, however they need a leader to be at the front of the charge. The leader must enable the common everyday man to step up and try. However, the part for the everyday American is to stop blaming government control. Obama's issue is that he …
Palin: Critics create 'blood libel' after Tucson shooting
Wed Jan 12, 2011
Holding Palin's Bullseye Map in context of her campaign's catch phrases is what makes the map inappropriate.
